My Experience

With over four years of experience, I have had the privilege of teaching and mentoring students aged 3 to 18, both through in-person and online sessions (via Zoom). Over the years, my students have demonstrated remarkable academic progress .
I firmly believe that online tutoring, though often considered an unconventional method, offers equal — if not greater ,academic benefits compared to face-to-face learning. It eliminates travel-related challenges and allows students to learn in the comfort and safety of their own homes, while still receiving personalised, engaging instruction. Nevertheless, I also conduct physical/home tutoring sessions for families who prefer in-person learning. The choice is entirely yours.

My academic background is rooted in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry, subjects in which I consistently excelled during school. Helping classmates improve their grades early on sparked my deep passion for teaching. Now, as a Biomedical Science student, I continue to support learners in building strong scientific understanding, confidence, and academic excellence.

I have experience teaching a wide range of subjects including Maths, Biology, Chemistry, English, General Science, and Geography at both primary (up to age 11) and secondary (12+) levels, as well as GCSE students. My lessons are designed to strengthen subject knowledge, boost confidence, and make learning enjoyable through clear explanations and consistent encouragement.

I strive to make every session interactive, creative, and enjoyable to keep students engaged throughout. I incorporate visual and hands-on learning methods such as:

Educational games to reinforce understanding

Creative activities such as art projects, journaling, story writing, and poster creation

At the end of each lesson, students complete a short reflective journal to summarise what they’ve learned and identify areas for improvement. This practice builds self-awareness, motivation, and goal orientation. I also celebrate their achievements with virtual claps, personalised certificates, and words of encouragement , helping to nurture both confidence and self-belief.

Lesson Planning and Customisation

Each of my students receives an individualised lesson plan tailored to their specific learning needs and target areas. I dedicate time to thorough preparation before every session to ensure measurable progress. You may choose for me to work through your child’s school assignments or allow me to design a custom curriculum with appropriate worksheets and activities. Every plan is unique, structured, and designed for maximum academic success.

Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support

I also have experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and Fragile X Syndrome. I adapt lessons to each student’s learning style and pace, using patience, structure, and encouragement to help them thrive academically.

I am flexible with my schedule, especially during exam seasons or approaching deadlines, and can conduct lessons in the early morning or late at night upon request.

My Qualifications

Excelled in both O-Level and A-Level examinations in the science stream, achieving top results in Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in Biomedical Science with the goal of becoming a doctor. My strong academic foundation and passion for science drive my commitment to teaching.

I'm available for tutoring sessions four days;
Monday & Thursday: 3:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM

My Fees

• Babysitting from £30.70 per hour
• Tutoring from £45.00 per hour

My tutoring rates depend on the rigour and depth of the subject being taught. Please note that my fees reflect the time, preparation, and commitment I devote to ensuring each student’s academic progress and confidence. Quality education is an investment, one that yields lasting results.

I offer virtual group sessions at £20 per child (minimum 3 children)!
