About Me
I am looking for a live-in Nanny / Housekeeper (Full-Time, 50-55 Hours per Week) Pay £42k
Location: Notting Hill, London
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30PM plus 2 evenings of babysitting a week (most often Friday and Saturday).
Accommodation: Private bedroom and bathroom, separate entrance.
Start: End of November
We are a warm, professional English/ Australian family in Notting Hill seeking a dedicated live-in nanny/housekeeper to help care for our 11-month-old son, Charlie, and manage the smooth running of our home.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, nurturing, and take genuine pride in maintaining a clean, calm, and happy household. She must have a genuine love for children, be playful and engaged when with our Charlie.
Additional info: Mum does not work and is home most days. They have a small dog, Bertie, who is a member of the family. The whole family is vegetarian and basic food preparation is required. Candidate must be able to travel abroad with the family. The next family holiday is skiing for a week in France over New Year. The house is over 6 levels so the candidate must be ok with a lot of stairs!

My Requirements
Childcare
- Making nutritious meals
- Playing with Charlie. It is very important to us for the candidate to never be on her phone with Charlie. We hope she would have a fun, silly side and a genuine love for playing with him.
- Taking Charlie for walks
- Keeping formula maker clean and filled
- Washing milk bottles
- Taking Charlie to baby classes and kids clubs
- Changing nappies, bathing, clipping Charlie’s nails etc
The family have a cleaner once a week but the candidate will be responsible for day to day cleaning and tidying of the house. They also have a dog walker.
Housekeeping duties
- Daily bed making, hoovering, tidying, emptying dishwasher, keeping kitchen clean and tidy, taking out rubbish
* Excellent attention to detail and due care for quality furniture and fabrics
* Excellent laundry skills including handling delicate garments such as wool and cashmere, hand-washing and ironing making sure all personal laundry is washed, ironed and stored in the correct manner
* Wardrobe management
* Food shopping for the household (on Ocado)
* Taking in deliveries and unpacking groceries
* Management and ordering of pantry and basic stores
* Positive attitude and disposition
* Dealing with contractors and deliveries when mum is out
* Running errands
* Packing/ unpacking for holidays
* Watering plants
