About Me
We are a busy household of two NHS workers and two lively boys, born April 2023 and March 2025. I am currently on maternity leave returning to work in January 2026. Given the nature of our work we both work long days, with early starts. I currently work part time but will return to full time work in summer 2026.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone kind and reliable to provide wraparound care for our boys in our home. This would involve coming to our house in the morning and finishing up a light breakfast (they get proper breakfast at nursery but are very hungry in the morning), getting both boys out the house and to a local nursery which is open from 8AM. My husband leaves home before 7, I need to leave before 7:30. These would be regular mornings starting at 7AM. We would also need after nursery help (children collected around 5:30) and taken home and light dinner/start evening routine before we get home. This would not be every week, but arranged in advance with at least 6 weeks notice depending on our rota.
Initially it would be a small number of hours ie 4-6 a week with a view to increasing in Summer 2026. Our key requirements are either someone able to come to our home at 7AM OR a childminder who is able to look after them in their setting from 7AM and then take them to nursery. We are not looking for a full time nanny.
