Hi
My name is Louise, I am a kind, caring and bubbly individual, I love to spend my time outdoors doing exercise and exploring nature. I believe being outdoors is an excellent way to enrich a child’s development. I love doing messy play with the children as it’s uses their interests to create a fun and stimulating activity.
My favourite part of working in childcare is building close personal relationships with the children and families alike. I provide a nurturing and caring environment your child can enjoy in the comfort of their own home. Working with children is my passion and this will reflect with how happy they are in my care. I love having the personal connection with each child and seeing them grow. My most important aim is to make sure all children in my care are happy, educated and safe so they can experience their childhood to the fullest.
My Experience
I have 9 years of experience, working with children aged 4 months to 4 years in a nursery setting. I started as an apprentice in a nursery when I was 16 and have worked through the levels to become a Room manger which I’ve been doing for three and a half years. Working as a room leader I’ve had to demonstrate great organisation skills supporting my whole team while continuing to be focused on the children’s needs. One of my main focuses as a room manager is to balance the children’s physical needs and stimulating activities within their routines.
I’ve made the change to being a nanny as I wanted to get back to what makes me love childcare, the children. I’ve always enjoyed babysitting, alongside my room leader role, as a great way to build closer relationships with the children. By building strong relationships I believe you can tailor learning to the child and improve development.
I’ve also done adhoc babysitting on the side of working in a nursery since 2019.

Happy to work 10-12 hour days that being 4-5 days a week and extra adhoc babysitting on the side.
