My Experience
As I have grew up with a baby sister whom I helped care for. This early experience gave me a strong foundation in looking after young children and understanding their needs. I’ve always been naturally drawn to working with children of all ages, and over the years, my passion for childcare has only grown. I’ve also had hands-on experience during placements in nurseries, where I was able to apply what I learned in a real-world setting. These placements gave me valuable insight into working with babies, toddlers, and young children, and I gained practical skills in caring for children in a professional environment. In addition to this, I completed a Childcare Level 2 course in college, which I successfully passed. This qualification helped deepen my knowledge of child development, safety protocols, and best practices in childcare, making me feel even more confident in my abilities.
