My Summary

My Experience

my job role is the same,
I am currently a teaching assistant working in the ARP at oak green
school.
I support some young children with additional needs,but also work
closely with children within the classroom setting from year groups 1-6.
I help run some of the interventions in the ARP which are to help with all
the children's life skills and academic learning with other TA's in the ARP.
I support the young children with their learning in a class room ensuring
that we create a positive working environment for the individual young
child.
I also in the classroom will help with all children in the class and
supporting them also best way I can.
I have Led small group sessions for enhanced focus on challenging topics
and Provided feedback on pupil's work, identifying areas for improvement.
I also over see students during breaks to maintain safe environment.

I was a support worker and carer for children in care, some of the key
young people I cared for have ASD and ADHD at various age groups.
I supported and guided all the young people on a day to day basis
helping them with their daily issues and advising them Through daily
tasks or struggles.I acted as an appropriate role model and work closely
with the young people through difficult times and help them best I can to
achieve positive outcomes
I spent my days cooking and cleaning within the home trying to create a
homely,safe and friendly environment for the younger people. I
encouraged the young people to practice life skills such as cooking and
them in a safe environment helping and learning in the kitchen. I also
planned daily activities to encourage social skills and fun and adventure
for young people. I was Also apart of the house holidays and making fun
and impactful memories.
