About Me
I am a single mother seeking a highly experienced private tutor for my 8-year-old daughter (Year 4). She is currently displaying significant challenges consistent with ADHD and we are actively awaiting a formal diagnostic assessment.
?She is struggling across the entire curriculum, with difficulties in English literacy (including reading and writing) and foundational primary mathematics. Crucially, she is also experiencing significant difficulties with focus, organizational skills, task initiation, and completing independent work.
?We require a tutor who:
?Has proven experience teaching children who exhibit executive functioning challenges and attention difficulties.
?Can implement highly structured, multi-sensory, and engaging teaching techniques to address both academic and organizational needs.
?Will focus on building foundational academic skills, consistent routines, and confidence.
?Logistics: We are looking for 1 session per week, lasting between 30 to 60 minutes. All sessions must take place in our home in the Prenton, Wirral.
