Hi, my name is Jade and I live in Marianglas. I am a caring, reliable and experienced childcare professional, as well as a proud mum to three wonderful children aged 9, 15 and 16. My Experience
I have nine years of hands-on childcare experience across a variety of settings. I started my journey working in a childminding setting, this gave me a great foundation in supporting young children in a homely, nurturing environment and working closely with families.
I then moved into a nursery school setting as a Nursery Assistant, where I gained even more experience with early years routines, learning activities and supporting children’s development. From there, I worked my way up to Nursery Manager — a role I’ve proudly held for the past three years. This position has strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of how to create a safe, fun and engaging environment for children.
These roles have helped me become confident, adaptable and genuinely passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing, learning and happiness.

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development – giving me a strong understanding of early years development and high-quality childcare.
• Safeguarding Level 3 – well-trained in child protection and confident in responding appropriately to any concerns.
• Paediatric First Aid – fully qualified to deal with emergencies and keep children safe.
• Makaton Level 2 – additional communication skills to support children with varied needs or limited speech.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 – trained to prepare and handle food safely to meet health standards.
• Sensory Play Training – experience in planning and delivering engaging sensory activities.
• Maths and Literacy in the Early Years – understanding how to support early learning in a fun, meaningful way.
My Availability
I do have set commitments due to being a parent myself. I have a 9-year-old whose school run I am responsible for, with pick-up at 3:20 pm in Pentraeth, so I am unavailable at that time.
However, I can help with other school runs in the area as long as they fall outside of my own school pick-up time. I’m happy to discuss how this can fit around your family’s schedule and find a routine that works well for everyone.
Although I have stated my availability for mainly afternoons and evenings. I am happy to discuss other times that may be required.
