We are new parents. Relocated recently from the US. We are both easy going people. I work full time and my wife is taking a year off after giving birth.

Hi! My wife and I have a newborn and we are looking for some part time help with him. Our setup is that I am working, and my wife is not. And we would like to create some coverage to enable the following: 1) some help for my wife if I'm at work, 2) some coverage for her so she can have blocks of time to run errands, workout etc, 3) protect some time for her and I to have time together.

We would like someone who can play support role and as lead when necessary. We'd also like specific support when it comes to the newborn stage - any specialized knowledge there is preferred.
