Key Responsibilities
- Provide sole-charge care for 1 year old boy during working hours
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play (Montessori based)
- Plan and attend classes (sensory, tumble tots etc.) and organise play dates
- Prepare nutritious, healthy meals, without use of ultra processed foods
- Maintain the child's spaces, including toy organisation and clothing care
- Arrange local outings and activities in the surrounding areas
- Monitor and track sleep patterns, maintaining consistent nap schedules
- Manage bath time and bedtime routines occasionally
- Maintain proper hygiene practices
- Practice proper safety protocols during all activities

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in infant care
- Childcare qualifications preferred
- Valid driving license ( car provided for work use if needed)
- Understanding of child development preferred
- Willingness to work around some allergies in the home (parental allergies, not child)
- Flexible to work with changing schedules and support two busy working parents, although hours same 90% of the time
- Right to Work in the UK, up to date enhanced DBS check and excellent references from previous employers
- Comfortable working in a home with pets (one small dog)

Looking for someone who is nurturing, emotionally attuned, and capable of working in sole charge. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development, nutrition, and child-led learning. They must be flexible, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a private family setting alongside the family. Above all else, this family are looking for someone they can trust and who
will become a part of the household. Live out ideal but would consider live in for exceptional candidate.
