My Experience
I bring over 18 years of professional childcare experience, including senior roles as a Nursery Manager, SENCO and Designated Safeguarding Lead. I have extensive experience working with babies, toddlers and young children across nursery, school and home based settings. Most recently, I have been working as a Nursery Nurse through Connex Education, supporting a variety of early years settings and adapting quickly to different routines and family needs.
I have a strong background in EYFS planning, child development, behaviour management and SEN support, including working with children with additional needs and EHCPs. I am confident in providing high quality care while building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
My Qualifications
I am a fully qualified childcare professional holding an Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 qualification and an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. I hold up to date Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding and child protection training and have extensive experience as a SENCO and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
My additional training includes autism awareness, behaviour management, SEN support strategies, food hygiene and early years curriculum planning. I am highly knowledgeable, safety focused and committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care.
My Availability
I am flexible, reliable and open to discussing hours that best suit your family’s needs. I am available for full-time or part-time nanny work, including mornings, afternoons, after school care and evenings during the week & weekends. I am happy to discuss specific schedules and can adapt to support busy family routines.
