Our daughter is bright, thoughtful, and increasingly independent. She thrives with adults who see her, chat with her, and include her as an equal. She is someone who enjoys creativity, dancing, art projects, baking, and relaxed chats and conversation. We are looking for someone comfortable supporting her independence rather than “managing” or directing it. Someone who feels like a kind, steady big sister.
This role suits someone light-hearted, emotionally calm, organized and naturally supportive of structure, routine. We’re looking for someone who will be dependable, punctual and communicative.
About the role
- After-school snacks and meal prep 2 days/week + being a consistent, grounded presence

- Light ad hoc support keeping things running in the house
- Someone who can support the parents by staying organized and planned and communicative.
Our daughter responds best to: warmth, playfulness, someone calm and structured that she can trust. Someone who feels like a kind, steady big sister who is on her team.
