Looking For A Part-Time In-Home Child Development Nanny
About Me
We're a warm, thoughtful family with one young son, who is curious, gentle and at a lovely stage of early exploration. As parents, we are both very present and hands-on. We value kindness, patience, emotional awareness, and genuine enjoyment in nurturing our child. We're hoping to find someone who sees this as a special, one-to-one role who would enjoy becoming a trusted and consistent presence in our son's early life.
My Requirements
We're looking for a part-time in-home child development nanny for 3/4 hours per day, focusing on play, stimulation, nurturing, bonding and education for our 16 month old baby boy. Rather than a nursery environment, we're looking for a calm, nurturing and patient person to spend a few focused hours each day engaging with our son through play, conversation, movement, books, and age-appropriate exploration etc - helping him blossom in his own time and own way. As parents, we will also be at home but will not get in your way as we work from home. We will continue to handle all feeding and changing if required - the role is really about connection, presence, education and meaningful interaction.
