We are a friendly, professional family based in West London. We have a happy, curious young daughter who attends nursery four days a week locally (within walking distance). She is confident, chatty and generally easygoing with a consistent routine in the morning. Both parents work full time and we value reliability, kindness and clear communication. Our home is calm, organised and we are looking to build a long-term, trusting working relationship with the right person.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to help with morning childcare only, primarily focused on getting our daughter ready for the day and taking her to nursery. Typical duties include: supporting the morning routine (getting dressed, breakfast etc); keeping mornings calm, positive and structured, walking our daughter to nursery and handing her over to staff. As our daughter gets older and moves into school, we may wish for the role to evolve to include school-drop offs, potentially involving driving. This is not an immediate requirement, but would ideally like someone open to a longer-term arrangement.
