My Requirements

Start date: September / October 2026
Location: Our home, Weybridge
Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Working Pattern
• Two full-time days per week, ideally Monday and Thursday (can be flexible)
• Potential additional third day on a short or part-time basis - Friday

The Ideal Nanny
• Kind, dependable, and experienced with both toddlers and babies
• Happy working long days in a home-based role
• Comfortable with a relaxed household and dogs
• Someone who values hands-on interaction, enjoys planning activities, and is happy creating a stimulating and positive environment
• The ideal nanny will be proactive, warm, and confident supporting the children’s development in a fun, nurturing way.

The Role
• Primarily based in our home, but we’re very happy for the nanny to take the children out and about for age-appropriate activities, outings, and adventures.

• Keen for someone who enjoys engaging with children through creative play, crafts, reading, and imaginative activities, as well as involving them in simple cooking and baking where appropriate.


• We’re also open to discussing the nanny taking on some light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying play areas, children’s laundry, and helping keep the home organised during the day. There may also be the option of occasional dog walking. These additional responsibilities are not a prerequisite of the role and would be entirely open for discussion, based on experience, interest, and mutual agreement.
