About Me

I am a qualified English teacher who has worked in pre schools, nurseries and primary schools for over 10 years. I currently work online as an English tutor and looking to fill my spare hours with some in person childcare.
I am kind, gentle and patient and really enjoy working with children and babies. I enjoy being outdoors, reading, anything creative and related to the arts.
I can bring my educational knowledge to my role as a babysitter/childminder as I have a key understanding of developmental milestones and the EYFS. Most importantly though, I am nurturing, trustworthy and attentive and pride myself on creating a calm, safe and happy environment where children feel secure and cared for.

My Experience

I have worked in an array of educational settings for over 10 years : Nurseries, Pre-schools, Primary and Secondary schools (in the UK and Spain). I have been a au-pair several times for families in Spain. I have taught 1:1 classes to children online ad in person for the last 5 years.
