My Summary

My Experience

I used to volunteer at a youth club for less able children and children that come from deprived areas. I also currently have two different jobs; one in London as a Children's activity instructor for GLL (also known as Better) and a job as a sales advisor in Canterbury. I have worked with children for a year and a half. This would include preparing and handling food, working at reception - handling payments and bookings, safeguarding and supervising young children and sometimes teenagers and adults, doing safety checks of the climbing walls and equipment and of the building and much more. I also have experience with children that have special needs. This has been in both group settings and one on one. I understand that dealing with SEN children requires much more patience and care, both I carry, and they need to be exposed to familiarity within due time.

My Qualifications

I currently hold safeguarding training and qualifications within my company. I didn't study childcare, but at most, studied health and social care. I also have studied food tech, knowing whats good for children and hold a great knowledge of food safety. Any more questions about myself and what I know, please feel free to reach out.

My Availability

My availability does vary and doesn't stay the same, but Fridays are always free for me. I can do from 12PM on Wednesdays, full days or anytime on Fridays, school runs can be done on Mondays and after school or evenings on Mondays as well. I am not free on Thursdays and can sometimes be available on Tuesdays. The weekends would be discussed upon discretion as sometimes I work or will be doing my driving lessons.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

£13 per hour for one child. Additional children will be priced at an extra £1-£2 an hour. Rates may vary for evenings, weekends and last-minute bookings.
