My Experience

I’ve babysat a handful of times for different families and regularly helped one family with two kids aged 8 and 10. Most of my babysitting has been in the evenings (around 6pm–midnight), so I’m used to everything from dinner time to winding down and bedtime.
I helped keep evenings fun and relaxed — playing games, hanging out, making snacks, and making sure everyone was settled before bed. I’m also more than happy to sit through and help explain any homeworky things, especially maths or science, if needed.
I’m comfortable taking responsibility in the evenings and aim to make sure kids feel happy and at ease while parents are out.

My Qualifications

• Completed secondary school (finished June)
• Currently on a gap year, starting university in September to study veterinary medicine
• Experience babysitting children aged 6–14
• Upcoming role working at a children’s summer camp (supervising children and teaching waterskiing)
• Confident with pets and happy to help with pet care
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable taking responsibility

My Availability

I currently have full availability as I’ve recently left my job at a pizza shop and won’t be starting university until September. I’m very flexible with days and times and happy to help with daytime, evening, or last-minute babysitting, as well as regular bookings.
I will be away from June to August as I’ll be working at a children’s summer camp in the States, but I’m available before and after this period.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

I don’t charge any additional fees. I’m able to drive myself, so there are no transport or travel costs to cover.
