We’re a professional couple, both working full time (3 days/week in London, 2 days at home). We're both hands on parents and love spending time with our boys.
We are moving to Beaconsfield from West London this spring (9-10 minutes walk from the station and in the new town) and looking for an energetic, creative, caring and thoughtful sole charge live out nanny to look after our two boys, who are 2 and a half and 6 months. Expected start date ~April, but with some flexibility for the right candidate.

My Requirements
The Role
We’re looking for a wonderful nanny to join our family for ~50 hours per week (~100 hours over a nine day fortnightly pattern with one evening of babysitting each week and alternate Fridays off) and help us raise our two happy, confident and well-mannered boys.
Duties:
Sole charge care of baby boy full time, and part time sole charge care of toddler boy, with nursery drop off and pick up on nursery days.
Leading on creative, age appropriate activities to support development of baby and toddler.
Leading on continuation of the weaning programme for baby boy, including (in time) working through the milk ladder for cow milk protein allergy.
Preparing fresh, healthy simple meals for baby and toddler.
Sole charge for bath/bedtime one evening per week.
Children’s laundry, and ensuring children’s bedrooms and play areas are maintained in a clean and tidy state (Our toddler loves to clean and tidy and will help!).
We will have a cleaner/housekeeper, however willingness to help with some light housework would be a plus.
Experience & Qualifications:
We have a preference for candidates who have initially gained experience in a nursery or other early years setting before becoming a nanny, and are looking for candidates with 6 years+ nannying experience.
We have a strong preference for candidates who have at least some experience with babies; experience with reflux/CMPA would be a significant advantage.
Enhanced DBS Essential.
Paediatric First Aid Essential.
Driving License Strongly Preferred.
