My Requirements

1. Child oversight - eyes on Elliot during hours I need to focus
2. Activities - take Elliot out to pre-booked activities
3. Feeding - cook, feed, and clean up after Elliot’s meals ensuring there’s a wide range of healthy choices; teach/ encourage Elliot to be more independent with self feeding and drinking water
4. Hygiene - change nappies, brush teeth, run baths or showers, and change Elliot’s clothes as needed
5. Cognitive and motor development - provide opportunities, create games and suggest activities for him to practice his skills as relevant to his age
6. Sleeping - where possible, encourage Elliot to sleep in the pram, carrier or in the bed but if at home then can call on me to feed to sleep
7. During nap times or downtime, maintain Elliot’s areas. This includes washing/putting away his laundry, sanitising toys periodically, and ensuring the nursery and kitchen are tidy before the shift ends. Keep pram clean and top up change bag.
8. Keep a record of Elliot’s activities, development, take photos and videos of special moments in his day. Photos not to be shared on social media.
9. Logistics and travel - we’ll cover costs of outings (bus/ tube fare, cost of activity or entry, coffee for the nanny). On street parking available for free but limited in our development. Nanny’s meals can be covered at ours, can eat/ cook food as long as they clear up after themselves
