Nanny in Aldershot (also available for babysitting)
My Summary
About Me
I provide attentive, reliable, and nurturing childcare tailored to each child’s individual needs. As a nanny, my focus is on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and feel secure. I encourage age-appropriate development through play, routines, and positive guidance while respecting family values and parenting styles.
I assist with daily care such as feeding, naps, hygiene, and school routines, and I enjoy planning educational and creative activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development. I prioritize clear communication with parents, consistency for children, and a calm, dependable presence in the home.
My Experience
I have over four years of experience working in a Special Needs School, supporting children with a wide range of emotional, physical, and educational needs. Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families is central to my approach, as I believe a secure and supportive environment is essential for children to thrive.
Alongside my school-based role, I continue to work as an ad-hoc part-time nanny/ PA for a family with three autistic children with additional complex needs. In this role, I provide hands-on support to both the children and their parents, promoting independence, confidence, and social development. My responsibilities include supporting community outings and leisure activities, encouraging positive social interactions, assisting with personal hygiene routines, preparing meals tailored to individual dietary requirements. I also offer flexible, responsive support to parents, adapting to the changing needs of the family.
In addition, I am currently a nanny for 2.5-year-old twins. In this role, I support their daily routines, including meal preparation, personal care, nap schedules, and age-appropriate play. I plan and engage them in activities to encourage early learning, communication, and social development, while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supported their individual personalities and developmental milestones.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 2 in Supporting children, teenagers and young adults with PDA.
