About Me

My Experience

I have over 10 years experience in EYFS and KS1 supporting the learning and emotional needs of children.
I am a lead teaching assistant responsible for training and supporting all new staff. My school is a phonics and reading champion school and I am one of the few members of staff that demonstrates the strategies we use to fellow schools in the West Midlands and beyond.
I provide 1 to 1 and small group intervention’s and assess data to ensure no child is left behind.
