About Me

im a single mum with my 3 year old living in Shipley new to the area and living in temporary accomadation no support and dealing with overehelming pressure my little boy Zaylo is 3 and currently awaiting assessmemt for a nursery tht he needs hes on the waiting list for a place in hirstwood nursery with one one support for his high sensory behaviours speech delay but has improved so much with speech he just now repeating everything knows colours numbers singing nursery rhymes within the past 6 month, struggling potty training he is hard to get to try new things or just getting dressed sitting down for dinner a lot of melt downs and can be demanding and loud lol can resist instructions like been asked to pick a toy up simple tasks if hes been mischevios, he doesnt nap but sleeps through the night but lately routine been different i dont know if its stress of our circumstances and me been overwhelmed stressed having to deal with police other professionals because his father stalking harrassing me we are trying to get relocated hopefully will be over and situation behind us hes my youngest and ive never had a child with additional needs also 4 other children and newborn granddaughter, two adult daughters but supporting them best i can and another son and trying to find a permanent home cant make a phone call with zaylo its impossible he demands attention and just very hard trying to do everything i need too for us and i want to make time and focus on him but its very stressfull with the full attention he needs i cant with just everything that needs doing and he doesnt understand he needs to be in nursery and deserves to be having fun and i know it will help him he needs to learn sharing and im not with him and listening to adults incharge of him but i know certain things he does ive not experienced and i worry leaving him more than i ever did with my others at 2 other than that hes just hyper happy little boy but has melt downs and i know he wont do well in a normal nursery setting portage asessed him and satisfied a normal setting ok but i know hes not ready for such a big change and until i know for certain, and transitions to a normal setting and use to nursery and the whole experience i am getting GP and there opinion he can not handle the barbers, hair dryer, have to cut it at home such an ordeal have to restrain him he doesnt like his head touched very sensetive hes been held back with current circumstances of dv stalking his father still ongoing have professionals involved and no nursery yet hes never left my side he has additional needs and its all new to me and i need support and time to make important calls or appointments impossible and hard for me to get any thing done wen. its important for us him my mental health and his im wanting him to have fun enjoy children his age and staff i trust will make me feel better hes with trained staff that can help me also behaviours tips that i need to know and help me so much and why and how best to help him , could start nursery september after i gather more medical proof for the place and his needs no places til september, need something to make sure hes happy and i need advice certain needs i may not know. and could help get us back on track and zaylos nees are met safe when im not with him any help that i can get that can fill in 15 hours and some one we can get to know and trust and give zaylo confidence and help him grow and can help me lol he runs rings round me i need some one who can maybe help with some authority when needed if you are familiar and u recognise his behaviours and trained and think he could thrive with you love to hear from you xx
