About Me

Short-term tutoring engagement for boy and girl (ages 9 and 11 years) in Brighton in June

My name is Hanne. I am a clinical psychologist from Norway, and my husband and I will be working in Brighton during June. While we are there, we are looking for a kind and creative English teacher for our two children.

Our children have some basic English already, but our main aim is to help them feel more confident using English, especially spoken English, in everyday life, such as going grocery shopping, following simple recipes, playing games in English, ordering an ice cream, understanding what a popular song is about or reading comics. In fewer words, making English something that is lived and used rather than textbook-based :)
