Hi there,
I'm a Mum to one boy who's 3 and a half. I'm a single parent who's currently trying to find someone with 'some' special needs experience (and a kind heart) to nanny my son 1 to 2 afternoons a week. I'm trying to complete qualifications and keep on top of various home repaors etc. It's getting harder to do as my son gets bigger with his regular and additional needs exhausting all hours of the day (and night) There's not much else support out there until he's 5. Infant schools are proving hard to get him into as it's a process of finding funding and SEND support. He's ready for more outside of what myself and his Grandparents provide. I'm hope this finds the right people.
My Requirements
My son had a diagnosis of right-sided hemiplegia as a baby. His mobility and some areas of learning have been affected. Over all he's doing very well in making progress, curious, chatty and gentle. He moves around by shuffling or crawling. He has a walker and special boots that he's getting used to. He requires constant supervision. He is not toilet trained due to mobility issues and does not self feed but can give himself his drink.
