About Me

Hi, I’m Sadie!
I have a strong background in looking after and supporting children, particularly within early years and primary school settings.

I enjoy looking after children because I love their curiosity, creativity, and honesty, and I find it rewarding to support their confidence and independence as they grow. I aim to create a positive, supportive environment where children feel secure and cared for.

Alongside childcare, I’ve also spent several years dog sitting and walking, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, routine, and reliability. Being trusted to care for both children and animals has taught me the importance of consistency, attentiveness, and clear communication with families.

Outside of work, I’m a creative and caring person. I enjoy reading, writing, arts and crafts, spending time outdoors, and learning new things. I’m interested in wellbeing and mindfulness, and I like creating relaxed, happy spaces where others feel comfortable.

I’m proud of my ability to connect easily with children, my reliability, and the care I bring to everything I do. I take safety and communication seriously and always aim to make sure children feel happy, supported, and understood while they’re in my care.
