My Experience
I currently work in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, supporting children with a wide range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, sensory processing challenges, and emotional and behavioural needs. This role has strengthened my ability to be patient, adaptable, understanding, and highly attentive to each child’s individual requirements.
This experience has deepened my understanding that every child is unique, and I tailor my care to suit their personality, strengths, and challenges. Parents can feel confident knowing their child will receive gentle, compassionate, and knowledgeable care, whether they have additional needs or simply benefit from extra patience and understanding.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
Fees vary based on the child/ren’s needs and the number of children. Mileage is charged at 45p per mile.

On our holiday near Cheltenham, Tessa watched our two 3.5 year olds, 1.5 year old, and infant so we could go for dinner. She was very responsive in scheduling, arrived early, and was overall great to work with. She won the toddlers over quickly playing pretend and put all four down to bed seamlessly! Couldn’t recommend more highly!

We were delighted with the care Tessa provided for our two autistic boys during my brother's wedding. She was warm, patient, and attentive, taking the time to understand their individual needs and helping them feel comfortable and secure throughout the day.
Her calm and caring approach allowed us to relax and enjoy our day, knowing our children were in safe and capable hands. We would highly recommend her to any family, especially those looking for someone experienced, compassionate, and reliable.

Tessa is an absolute gem! She took wonderful care of my daughter when I was out for an evening, and I couldn't have asked for more. She had great communication leading up to the babysitting session, kept me updated during the sit, and followed our usual routine. Best of all, my daughter adored her - she immediately took to Tessa and seemed so happy and comfortable with her, which made the handover very smooth, and she has already asked when she's coming back! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a kind, experienced and reliable babysitter.

Our kids (3&5) have taken to Tessa so quickly. She has a lovely way with them and has been really reliable and flexible. A huge help for us and I would recommend her for childcare work.

First time we had left our kids with non family member. Tessa was great, having a call to confirm details and meet the children (6 and 8) ahead of time, putting everyone at ease.
She arrived promptly and instantly clicked with the kids. They said they had the best time, played games before bedtime and when can she come back! 😀
