About Me
We’re looking for a fantastic nanny for our energetic and curious 2-year-old (25 months) on Mondays and Fridays, 8am–5pm.
Both parents work from home, so we’ll be around during the day and love being able to interact with him between meetings - but we’re looking for someone confident taking the lead and creating a fun, enriching day for him.
This isn’t a passive babysitting role. We’d love someone high-energy, creative and proactive who genuinely enjoys early years development and can weave learning into play - particularly early phonics and number recognition.
What we’re looking for:
- Engaging, play-based learning (phonics, numbers, language development)
- Creative activities (arts & crafts, sensory play, music, imaginative play)
- Outdoor time and local outings where possible
- Someone who brings ideas and structure to the day
He naps for around 2 hours each day, which provides a natural break/reset in the afternoon.
We’re hoping to find someone who:
- Has toddler experience (2+ years preferred)
- Is warm, positive and reliable
- Is confident leading the day while parents are working upstairs
- Understands early childhood development
- Can prepare simple meals/snacks for him
- Has references available
We’d love his Mondays and Fridays to feel like happy, stimulating learning days - full of fun, movement and curiosity. We have a super cute cavapoo dog called Pancakes too - she's very quiet and does her own thing but just flagging that you'll need to be comfy with a dog.
