About Me
Hi! I’m Stevie and I’m 21 years old. I have previous experience working within a nursery and working with children has been the most fulfilling role of my career. I love getting hands on with all the activities, especially messy play. I mostly enjoy being silly with the children but also being apart of their early stages of development and watch them individually meet their milestones. Childcare remains my favourite job to date and I’d love to go back into it.
I am currently working for the ambulance service where I have to deal with very serious situations quickly whilst remaining calm and being a clear communicator. This role has strengthened my ability to respond effectively and to be very adaptable to a range of situations. I am also trained in basic paediatric first aid, which ensures I can confidently prioritise children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
My Experience
I had previously worked in a nursery for two years with children ranging from ages six months to 5 years
My Qualifications
I have a paediatric first aid CPR certificate and a general CPR certificate from the London ambulance service
