Kimberly sounded very ENTHUSIASTIC to help for a day of one off nannying/babysitting. She sent several messages through childcare.co.uk even though we agreed via phone text messages and appeared to be confused. On the day we were expecting her, she sent a long message through childcare.co.uk 15 minutes she was due to turn up that she apologizing that she realised nannying in someone else's house was not something for her and she could not sleep because of it. We were baffled and left to look for other babysitters very last minute while we had to work. We find it a strange behavior and very unprofessional indeed.
