About Me
Hi I am a Childminder Andria Forsyth
.living in the same street as Sinclairtown School, i am also a qualified Early Years Officer I work In Partnership with the Council being able to provide Funded Nursery Hrs for children age 2-5 years. Which means Fife Council pay for your child’s Nursery hours with me . You pick the Nursery hrs to suit your lifestyle .I have funded hr children along with my Childminded children.Over the years 10 of my Childminding kids have moved onto Nursery Funded places in my care .I can drop off and pick up from Sinclairtown school, Gallatown Nursery if required.I have 2 grownup sons one who still lives at home I aim to give a high quality of childcare in a homely enviroment.Each day brings different adventures to the little people in my care...... we have lots of fun in painting,baking and crafts , regular visits to the park, beach and exploring the out of doors.We regularly attend toddler groups
and Soft Play mixing with lots of other children gaining social and interacting Skills (If they ever open again) Our After School Activities are just as interesting with lots off variety in doors and out with lots of crafts ,games and outdoor activities if that is your child's c
My Experience
I have been a childminder since Dec 2008. In this time completing a lot of childcare coursesI I have just completed my SVQ 3 level 7 in Social Service Care with Children and Young people .Which means I have the same qualification as an Early Years Officer in the Nursery .Before this I have worked as a Retail Manager in different Supestores.Within this I did a lot of community work within Nurseries and schools. We attend Book bug , Caterpillar Play , Toddlers Yoga ,Muddy Tots, also meet up with the Nature Nursery in Ravenscraig Park . We attend groups up at the Gallatown Hub .We regularly visit parks , woods and the beach as I am a very outdoor setting.

My Availability
I work Mon to Fri and one of the few Childminders that start at 6am till 5pm .If needed outside these hours this can be negotiated
I have spaces for before and after school care as well as spaces on different days for day care.Please feel free to contact me.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
My fee's are £6.00per hr between 8am and 6pm . £7.00 before 8am this includes snacks ,fruit ,juices,milk and water
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Sinclairtown Primary School

My Two Boys have been with Andria since she started childminding my youngest was a toddler and now in P2, change in circumstances with my job and needing an operation the boys finish easter 2013.
I have been extremely happy with the care the boys have received, and the great progress both have made whilst in Andria's care.
Andria's home is always welcoming clean and well organized
Beyond all this, it is Andria's warm and friendliness, but no nonsense approach which sets her apart from other childminders.
She provides a wide, fun range of activities including plenty of outside activities.
Andria is a great communicator and has no trouble in gaining both boys confidence.
Therefore encouraging good behavior,kindness and compassion to others, both skills are important to us at home.
