Tracy is our full time nanny for our boys and i don't know how i lived with out her before she is fantastic with my boys and they clearly adore her. Tracy has them in a brilliant routine which i struggled with she is also very organised right down to all the laundry and ironing being done as well as all harry's bottles being prepared for the day, she is also very flexible with me as i regularly ask her to come in early at short notice. Tracy has worked for us for 3 months now and in that time i have seen a brilliant improvement in both of my sons developments lewis is already speaking in full sentences at just 2 years old and harry is hitting all his milestones this was the main reason that we decided to employ Tracy as we knew from the start that our boys would have her undivided attention and one on one learning time having her look after our boys is the next best thing to me being at home and we couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Tracy was our full time temporary Nanny, for my 8 year old, 2 year old and 9 month old. The kids took to her straight away, and loved having her here. Our 2 year old would cry when she left for the day, and our 9 month loved the baby food she would make up for him.
I was worried about leaving my little boys on the run up to returning to work, I dont know why it was like she had been here for years straight away. The youngest boys were out at different toddler groups every day which meant they also got lots of interaction with other children.
Tracy is very organised and flexible and coming home from work was stress free and everything for the boys was taken care of meaning the time before bed could spent with them.
We will still be keeping in touch and will definitely continue to have Tracy for our babysitter :-)

My 9 year old son goes to Tracy before school every day and absolutely loves it!
He's always been quite shy but took an instant shine to Tracy and has settled straight away. His confidence is blooming and he runs down the path to get there on a morning.
I was nervous aboout using a child minder for the first time but after meeting Tracy over the holidays I felt confident leaving him with her and can head off to work in the morning knowing he's safe and well cared for.

I have a 3 year old and an 8 month old and had a hard time finding childcare and as i have always had my children with me i was very nervous about leaving them, i could not have picked a better person for the job, tracey made this really easy for me. Tracey is a lovely, caring woman, my children absolutly love her. She is always on time and has fit into our lives perfectly. My son loves going to her house and always says hes had a good time. I plan on using her until my children are both old enough not to need her anymore although im sure she will always be a part of their lives.

Tracey has been with us since the begining of this year as our fulltime live out nanny, she looks after my two scool age children and does the school runs, she also looks after my 2 year old twin boys full time taking them to play groups and keeping the occupied and educated with daily activities, tracy helps with the new born baby at the moment and will increase to full time when i return from maternity leave, I would reccomend tracy to any one looking for a reliable trustworthy and fun childcarer, my kids are always pleased to see tracy come in the morning and really enjoy there time with her, tracy has previously worked at short notice late evenings and weekends for me.aswell it is always handy to have last minute childcare options you can rely on.

I started using Tracy for my first child when I had to go back to work full time. She made the transition of going back to work so easy, she kept me informed of everything from moods to what had been eaten and where they'd been that day. When my second child came along I knew I wanted them both to be with Tracy.
It is clear to see that Tracy enjoys what she does, I wanted someone who would cuddle my child/ren if they fell or were upset and that's what you get with Tracy. I would go as far as saying she is the best childminder my kids have ever been with and were upset when she decided to go back to nannying. Should you change your mind Tracy please call me - we all miss you.

When I first met Tracy what I noticed immediately was her warm & loving nature towards the little girl she was minding that day - this was the main reason for making her my minder of choice. It is clear that this isnt simply a job for Tracy, but a real passion & pleasure.
My daughter Emily is now 5 months and has been having settling in hours with Tracy for the last couple months in preperation for me starting back at work, throughout this time Emily has been happy & relaxed with Tracy and I always receive a thorough update on the time together.
If you are looking for a home from home environment then Tracy is the minder for you.
Thank you Tracy, seeing Emily with you & the care you provide makes being apart from her bearable!

My ten month old daughter has been with Tracy full time for three weeks now. So far I am incredibly impressed and pleased with the care Tracy provides. My daughter comes home with a diary telling me what she has eaten, the times she has slept, how many dirty nappies, and the sort of mood she has been in! It's little things like this which sets Tracy ahead of the rest. My daughter is clealy happy and well looked after. Being a single mum, I need someone I can rely on and who has a level of flexability. I have this with Tracy - even enlisting her to do some evening baby sitting too! What can I say... Tracy - why didn't I use you sooner?!!!! Rebecca x
