About Me
My name is Ruth. I am studying to become a Nurse at Kingston University. I am in my first year and throughly enjoying the course. I am originally from Southampton, my mother is a childminder and my father is retired. I enjoy spending my spare time with family and friends, driving to new places and trying new things!
My Experience
I have had a vast amount of babysitting experience with children from the ages of 4 months to 12 years of age. I communicate with children well and encourage them to discover what they enjoy. I find that they too teach me new things every day and find children a pleasure to be around. My mother is a childminder so I have been brought up surrounded by children. I used to assist her in day to day activities with the children, such as arts and crafts, toddler groups and taking them out and about.
My Qualifications
I have 11 GCSE's, 3 A Levels and am undertaking a degree in Nursing. I have carried out a first aid course.
My Availability
I am available all week nights. Sunday evening/day is possible too. I travel home to visit family occasional weekends, but Saturdays are also a possibility so would work around this.
