Superb Care in a Home Away from Home!

I cannot impress upon you enough just how wonderful a childminder Charlene is. Charlene accommodated for my every need to enable me to return to work, extending her hours slightly to provide me with suitable care arrangements.

From the very first communications, Charlene put me at ease with her wealth of knowledge, clear and concise policies and welcoming personality. She provided a settling in session from which my son didn't want to return home from. As a childminder, providing a home away from home environment to that extent is an absolute dream. Even my younger son decided he was moving in after a tour of the dedicated playroom, garden and bathroom facilities.

Aside from Charlene, we also got to meet her two wonderful, well mannered, polite young boys and long-term partner who also helped put my children at ease. Considering she was going to have my son in her care for several hours a day, it was satisfying to see what an amazing job she is doing with her own children.

In brief, I can't fault Charlene's services in any way. If you manage to secure her services, you truly are the fortunate ones.
