Full Time Nanny September 2023- Present
Sole Charge looking after 2 girls now 3 and 7. Parents perform a mixture of office based and work from home.
My role includes but not limited to:
• Providing support and advice to parents and carers around childcare related issues, when asked.
• General nursery duties and light housekeeping.
• Implementing and supporting sleep routines.
• Supervising, providing and assisting the children with a variety of age appropriate activities including games, craft, sensorial activities, baking, role play and outdoor play.
• Taking children on outings, play groups and classes.

Nanny Share- Fairseat 6th July 2021 - 30th August 2023
A nanny role which for the first year was a nanny share with neighbours, until younger siblings came along.
• To care for 2 year olds in a Nanny Share scenario.
• Welcome younger siblings and share care of them.

• Prepare healthy meals for the children- including implementing meal plans and preparing food for weaning,

Preschool- Ightham- Early Years Practitioner September 2019 - December 2020
• Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and any othe appropriate guidance for young children in accordance with nursery policy and guidelines.
• Observe each child’s progress and report achievements, looking for progression and continuity alongside the early Years Foundation Stage, through ‘In The Moment Planning’.
• Understand and participate in the key person system. To follow the child and write detailed observations to identify their level of development, achievement and next steps.
• Form close re;ationships with key children, so they feel safe and comforted and to ensure i knw the child.
• Attend to all round daily needs of the children by enhancing their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.
• Supporting the children in serving their iwn food, milk, drinka and snacks to encourage good nutrition and sciable eating.
• Assisting children with personal care, including changing nappies, assisting with toiletting and other associated welfare duties. Ensure I have an up to date care plan for each key child.
• Update any necessary industry certifications required as an Early Years Practitioner.

Family crouch, plaxtol - part Time Nanny May 2018- April 2019
• Sole charge nanny caring for 3 children, girl 7, boy 5, girl 20 months and my 2 yer old daughgter, for 2 days per week.
• My role was to undertake multifunctional tasks including:
• All nursery duties including daily cooking, light housekeeping, naps and scheduling,

After School Club, Riverhead Manager November 2011 - July 2016
• Lead the day to dat setup, management and organisation of the After- School Club.
• Lead resposibility in all areas of First Aid, Health amd Safety, Child Protection, Safeguarding, Behaviour Management, Legal and Ofsted requirements and Compliance,
• Provide line management to a team of playworkers, directing the work based at the out of school club, supervising their activities and inducting new staff.
• Work with all staff to ensure they provide care, play opportunities and activities in a homely, nurturing and safe environment with regards to the individual developmental need of up to 60 children per day ranging between the ages of 4 and 11 years.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high quality creative play opportunities in a safe and caring environment,

• Assisting with settling in new children attending the setting, providing emotional support in addition to meeting developmental needs.
• Carry out nursery duties as required including, vhanging, meal times, potty training, weaning, naps etc.

• To uphold the highest standard of care and education at all times.
