My Experience

I have been childminding since 2015 and have achieved three consecutive “Good” judgements from Ofsted.
Alongside running my setting, I have gained additional experience within reception classes and nursery environments, where I completed my Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education.
As a mother of two, I bring over 18 years of hands-on experience caring for children from birth through to adolescence, alongside more than a decade of professional experience in early years care and education. This blend of personal understanding and professional knowledge allows me to provide a calm, nurturing, and well-balanced approach, ensuring every child feels secure, supported, and able to flourish.

My Availability

I am open from 7:30am to 4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Where possible, I am happy to discuss flexibility outside of these hours if required.

My Fees

• Childminding from £5.50 per hour

My rate is £5.50 per hour.
This includes snacks, drinks, local groups, and small outings, giving children access to a range of enriching experiences at no additional charge.

Funding and Support
I am registered to accept Government Funding from 9 months of age, as well as Tax-Free Childcare. If you would like support in understanding how these schemes can help with your childcare costs, I am more than happy to guide you through the process.

Nursery/Preschool Drop-Offs
If I take your child to nursery or preschool, the full hourly fee remains payable during that time, as your child’s place within my setting continues to be reserved.

Holidays and Closures
I take up to four weeks of planned holiday per year, and no fees are charged during these periods.

If I need to close due to a contagious illness within my household, no fees will be payable.

If your family takes holiday while the setting remains open, full fees will apply to retain your child’s place.

If your child is unwell and unable to attend, including in cases of contagious illness, full fees remain payable as the setting continues to operate.
