I cannot recommend Pauline highly enough. From the moment I met her, I was struck by the caring atmosphere in her house. It is a welcoming environment, full of lots of lovely activities with an exciting outdoor area. Pauline truly loves working with children and goes above and beyond to ensure that their daily needs are met - from providing them with fun activities to further their learning and understanding to looking after them if they have a bump or are feeling a little unwell. She also provides lovely homecooked food.
I felt nervous about leaving my little boy for the first time when I returned to work but Pauline supported me every step of the way and couldn't have made the transition easier. He loves seeing his 'Grannie Pauline' and she treats all the children she looks after as if they are part of the family.
I can't recommend Pauline highly enough and feel so lucky to have her as my little boy's childminder.

Pauline has been caring for my three year old son for 5 months and he absolutely loves her! She is fun, warm and caring (which is great as he is a big softy!) and is 100% reliable and trustworthy. She provides a wonderful and varied selection of healthy food choices for the children and they are constantly carrying out stimulating learning activities in a really fun and happy environment. She is a lovely person and very attentive to the children's individual needs and personalities. I go to work knowing that my son is safe, cared for and most of all HAPPY! I would recommend Pauline to anyone!

Pauline looked after my little boy for 4 years from when he was 8 month old until he started school. Her standard of care was high and my boy really thrive under her care.
He needed a lot of stimulation because of his special needs and Pauline made sure those needs were met. She even went extra mile to learn new technique or acquire new skills to meet his needs and she also taught me a lot about caring for my boy. Amongst other difficulties, my boy had problem to communicate, Pauline communicated with him in a way that was meaningful to him.
Apart from her professional skills, Pauline is a genuine and caring person and I had total confidence on her. My boy loved her so much and was very happy under her care. I would recommend her to any parent looking for childcare because of her skills and her high standard of care.

My son has been with Pauline since he was 9 months old, she is a fantastic childminder and also a very lovely person. My son has developed so well since he has been in her care, so much that i would rather him stay with her than go to nursery school in the future: He has lots of fun and is very well looked after and i trust her 100% to care for my son. i have recommended friends and family to Pauline and i will continue to do so because she is by far one of the best!
