I'm delighted to write a review for Emma and the Little Tribe as we are having a wonderful experience with them.
Emma was pro-active and got in touch with me 4 months ago.
From first meeting with her me and my partner felt that she was the right person to look after our daughter. We also met the 2 assistants. They all know each other well which creates such a nice atmosphere.
Emma is very professional, calm and welcoming. She connects with children very easily, is thoughtful and explains things on their level.
She has many years of experience in different settings and of different ages & abilities.
We as parents feel that she is reliable, safe and very competent with us, the children and every aspect of the role.
Little Tribe setting surprised us - it is like a little nursery but at home - best from both worlds. It is a lovely, modern place equipped in great selection of fun toys on rotation. The children are offered a variety of activities according to their age, play together, go for walks, school runs and organised trips.
The place feels homely and relaxed and there is always a nice variety of food that is offered throughout the day.
After our meetings in November my little daughter couldn't wait to start in January and within the first week was describing Emma as her friend. She had a lovely settling in week and an excellent first month.
Communication with Emma has been excellent via text, email, app and face to face. She is thoughtful and willing to consider and accommodate our requests e.g. re content of daily entries, eating and behaviour observations.
It's just been under 2 months since our daughter started at the Little Tribe, but the children already are forming friendships.
We were surprised how many outings Emma has organised - some for fun, others educational.
Overall we feel like WE STRUCK GOLD as Emma and the Little Tribe go extra mile with everything they do and we feel very privileged we have started with them from the inception.
We are so grateful to have found you and so happy to see our daughter enjoy her time with you as this gives us peace of mind and some hours to focus on our projects and make progress in life.
