My eldest daughter was with lisa from 11 months old. I saw a handful of childminders as was super nervous about leaving her but when I saw lisa with her and the other children on her care I knew I could leave my daughter knowing she'd be well looked after. Lisa then had my middle daughter too from a similar age until I swapped jobs and no longer needed a childminder. A few year (and another baby) later I swapped job again and needed a childminder again, my two daughter immediately said they would only go to lisa-luckily she had space! Now my 3 children go every morning before and a couple of school pick ups and are all happy and well cared for. Lisa is brilliant with them. As the parent, lisa is also very organised, lets us know availability from January for the whole year and will be flexible when things crop up and we made need the odd extra day or hour here and there. Lisa has made being a working parent as 'easy' as it can be and I can't thank her enough.
