I would unreservedly recommend June to any prospective parent. Our daughter Elise, who’s 1 started there in January 2014; she attends 3 days a week term-time only and seems to love it. Since starting at June’s Elise has become much more sociable and confident and never stops babbling. After being off for a year with Elise I was initially feeling very anxious about leaving her, especially because she was quite a clingy baby and a bit nervous around strangers. However, June quickly alleviated my worries as Elise warmed to her very quickly. She also offered us numerous settling-in sessions, which really helped Elise to become familiar with June and the other children. It also put my mind at ease knowing she was in a loving, warm and homely environment. The great thing about June is that she clearly loves children and has a great rapport with them; she isn’t just reading you an Ofsted checklist. She’s got years of experience to draw on and has always been very flexible. Having been childminded myself as a child I had very clear expectations of what I was looking for and feel very blessed to have found it.
