About Me

I have lived in Downend all my life and love the area. I provide a friendly family home with plenty of activities and have a dedicated play room.

My Experience

I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for 18 years. I am qualified to level 3 in NVQ and have attend various training courses such as Child Protection, Paediatric first aid and food hygiene on a regular basis. I take part in about 6 courses a year to enhance my knowledge in various areas of child development. I ensure that I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and that all children are given the chance to enjoy learning through every day activities. I have cared for children from the age of 10 weeks through to 13 years. I offer a home from home environment where children thrive.

Makaton Level 1 & 2

I work Tuesday to Friday from 7.45am until 6pm
