About Me

AVAILABILITY FROM JULY 2020 FOR TEMP POSITIONS

POSTNATAL/MATERNITY CARE
DAILY NANNY SERVICES

Experienced qualified private nanny and maternity nurse (newborn care specialist) offering nanny services and postnatal care. As a trained maternity nurse I can offer newborn care services to support mums with all aspects of postnatal care.

I am able to provide nanny services, maternity and postnatal care ad hoc/temporary. Please contact me with your requirements and enquiries, I will be happy to answer any questions.

I live between Bristol and Bath, within an easy commute to both. For maternity and newborn care services I am able to travel further afield.

I am kind, caring and experienced with a Level 3 NVQ qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development and Level 3 Postnatal Maternity Nurse Care Training certificate. I am also a qualified infant massage instructor.

I am registered with Ofsted as a Home Childcarer (Nanny/Maternity Nurse). Being Ofsted registered and approved I offer parents peace of mind that all relevant checks are carried out and up to date.

I am fully insured and I have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service, paediatric first aid certificate and I have attended many childcare related courses.

I have a car, insured for business use, regularly maintained and serviced. I have a clean driving licence.

I am experienced with babies and children of all ages, having worked as a private nanny and have the invaluable experience of being a mum to 4 grown up children. I have provided support for parents who have needed extra support and guidance with babies suffering from colic and reflux.

Being mature and experienced I offer parents the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their children are being taken care of in a loving, nurturing way and are able to go to work knowing their child is safe and happy. I also offer reassurance to parents needing newborn support with my wide knowledge of baby care.

My love of working in childcare began when my own children were young. I love providing care for babies and children in their own home, where they feel safe and secure. I treat all children with the love and respect I would expect for my own children and always ensure their interests and happiness comes first.

I have excellent references available from many happy, satisfied families.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for reading, kind regards Julie

Julie came to babysit for us for an evening. She turned up on time, had an instant rapport with our children, immediately put us at ease and was extremely professional. She even tidied up the kids toys while we were out.
Thank you!

Julie is currently looking after our 4 year-old and 2 year-old and from day one, she has been amazing. The children love her, she always thinks of fun activities for them and takes them on lots of lovely days out. Julie also ensures the children eat healthily every day. With Julie, the children, who were used to having their mum around all the time, have made tremendous progress. They always miss Julie in the holidays and our daughter often asks "when is the next Julie day?". She is very much part of the family.
Sadly, our eldest is going to school this September so our childcare needs are such that we will have to say goodbye to Julie soon. We made our decision with heavy hearts and will miss Julie a lot.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Julie, she is kind, caring, fun and totally trustworthy. She has a lot of experience and is always happy to work with parents and children to make sure everyone is happy.
