Paula is absolutely amazing. She is always so calm and cheerful. My daughters, think she is wonderful. They (well the one who can talk) come home bursting with news of their day and the fun things they have done. My younger daughter was really shy of being with other people but three days with Paula and she held out her arms for a cuddle. I have felt so comfortable leaving my darlings with Paula and it had made my return to work after maternity leave so much easier.
