First Rate Childcare

My son has been with Candice for almost two years, for mainly wraparound school care three times a week and at least one full day every week of school holidays.

Candice offers a home from home, immaculately clean environment, with a variety of toys, outings and other activities including crafts, reading etc. Food served is always varied, healthy and tasty, with plenty of fruit and drinks on offer as needed.

We would highly recommend Candice's care to any parent seeking a childminder, our son was settled from day one, he feels safe and looked after, and I feel that she offers an extension of my own parenting, communication any messages from school and encouraging learning activities between pick up and home time.

Childcare provision

Candice has a fantastic and welcoming nature. My son absolutely loves being there and she supported me doing initially odd KIT days into working full time. She offers flexibility which is what I need due to my job and her liaison with parents is every day. I am unable to pick my child up and grandparents do that for me, but every day I get a full report via the app as to how my son has been and this is priceless. It is exactly what I need. She works alongside EYFS framework and discusses this regularly through termly reports which has helped me when health visitors have done their routine checks at 1year etc. The other children in her care have been excellent with my toddler right from being a baby and he has definitely made good friends and she ensures that everyone is very respectful to each other. Candice provides all the food and drink throughout the day which helps significantly also and I am assured as she clearly has her 5 star rating to see. I was very pleased to see that she had a child education degree as this was something that was important to me upon deciding to send my child there as I knew she would understand theories etc as well as doing it practically. She keeps well up to date with training and I am very happy with the care she provides my child.

first class experience

My two children aged 3 and 5 have been attending candices since april and they settled straight away and are always happy to attend. Candice carries out a wide range of activities with them too which they are excited to tell me about. Excellent care xxx
