After long time of looking for the childcare for my son I finally found Adorable Angels.
From the first message I have received I trusted this place. I have been treated professionally.
All my concerns dissipated after induction chatt I have had with Meegen.
She went through every aspect of childcare with consideration and patience, she didnt rush and I could feel comfortable and welcomed.
It was first time my son was seperated from me, so both of us were quite stressed . Thanks to Adorable Angels staff I knew he is in the best hands. I have been updated via texts about the situation which helped me to relax and focus on my work.
Communication was fantastic and this is what I find the most important as any issues can be solved and clarify, which make the cooperation productive and peaceful for both sides.
I liked food menu as well. My son has quite sensitive stomach but after Adorable Angels food he felt good and there was no issue.
I would definitely recommend this place to every parent who is seeking for the decent childcare.

We sent our son to Adorable Angels at 11 months as we wanted his first exposure to childcare to be in a home based environment. Our son spent over 9 months (three days per week) with Adorable Angels and he absolutely loved his time there. Meegen and the team really offer a home from home, they offer lots of loving care to the children as well as lots of daily fun. Birthdays and religious holidays are celebrated ensuring social inclusion and cultural awareness for the children.
We were impressed by Adorable Angels strict commitment to the Early Years Foundation Scheme, teaching the children among other topics phonics, reading, writing, drawing, crafts and pyhsical activities. Meegen provides regular updates on your child's progress by way of Tapestry, an electronic portal.
In the space of nine months our son' development has really come along and its thanks to Meegen and the team. We decided to move our son to a mainstream nursery as he is now ready for this environment, but we were very sad to leave.
We highly recommend Adorable Angels to all parents and would definitely send our second child to be with Meegen and the team.

We’ve had our son at Meegen’s for nearly 2 years now and have been very happy with his time there. The setting is beautifully laid out with lovely facilities and provides a lovely compromise between a home setting and a purpose built nursery with plenty of space, a range of toys and activities and a big enough group of children to provide experience of interaction with peers whilst in a small and comforting setting which is not too overstimulating for little ones.
Meegen and her staff are warm and caring and I have particularly appreciated Meegen’s flexibility with regards to hours, and also eating, working with me to try and identify and work with possible food intolerances.
Alongside this warmth, however, comes equally respected organisational skills and professionalism which can be missing in more homely childcare settings - for example Meegen shares her holiday dates with parents at the start of each calendar year, an absolute boon for working parents balancing two lots of childcare alongside their jobs.
My son is happy and settled and making great progress towards milestones that will be important when he eventually starts school. Thanks Meegen and team!

My son has been with Meegen for almost a year now.
We regularly enjoy keeping up to date with his development on the Tapestry App that Meegen completes thoroughly.
Meegen has a warm, friendly nature and genuinely cares for the children.
Healthy meals are provided for the children.
Overall I am very happy with the setting.

Meegen and team
Meegen and her team are fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased and delighted in finding such a professional and secure setting. From the moment we met them all, we were made to feel at ease and our little girl (19 Months Old) instantly warmed up to Meegen and her staff. They just seemed to have a natural way of having children open up and feel at ease.
Meegen is extremely attentive and caring, aswell as being such a caring person with a warm heart. She also ensures that we are always informed about all our daughters activities and progress.
There are also a variety of activities set out in her wonderful setting, all educational and fun, both inside her lovely, clean and tidy home and outside in her beautiful and spacious garden.
She is an absolute delight to communicate with and I wouldn't ask for a better child minding setting. I would 100% without a doubt recommend this setting. I couldn't thank you enough Meegen.

She has never verbally communicated with us either verbally or in written that she is using TV to distract the children.
The baby was wearing wrong size of nappies and the nappy area wasn’t cleaned enough.
She left the house during working hours without asking for a parental permission and we picked up the child from a person that she never communicated to us that is working there. According to gov.uk the childminder can have registered assistants but can only leave them alone with children for up to 2 hours a day (with parental permission). Assistants need to get an enhanced DBS check and fill in an EY2 form on Ofsted Online. They cannot work unsupervised until they have received their suitability letter from Ofsted. And when we picked our child was an 18year old staff and another person we never knew that took care of the children for 2 hours.
I have communicated my concerns to her with a kind way, and the end result was to terminate the contract immediately leaving two working parents with no childcare the next and following days. She used faulty accusations and asked us to sign a letter accepting these accusations in order to return to us the remaining balance of the month we paid.
I find her behaviour unacceptable. It is an obligation of every childminder to discuss with the parents the concerns, care and development of the children.
I definitely not recommend her.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues you experience with Adorable Angels (AA). On behalf of AA, we welcome any feedback as it allows us to improve our service.
I have investigated the issues you have raised and hope that you are satisfied with our written response to your complaint through AA’s complaints procedure. I appreciate you feel AA’s standard of service did not satisfy your expectations, however I assure you that AA always endeavours to practise to the highest professional standards.
I accept that AA utilises the use of television, however I do not accept that it is used as a method of distraction. Further I have fully explained the use of the television to you and your husband on two separate occasions and both of you were seemingly happy with my explanation. I was therefore surprised that such issue was raised again especially as you had access to AA’s setting and communication with me for two weeks before signing the relevant contract and supporting paperwork. I have explained the way AA’s setting operates and have shown you and your husband our activities folder including Tapestry and the educational use of visual aids such as television and laptops. I also showed you the planning schedule that we carry out daily. All AA’s routines and setting information are kept in the reception area which are clearly visible for any parent to read.
In real ration to Nappy changes, these are carried out in accordance with our nappy changing policy and all of AA’s assistants are trained meticulously to maintain our high standards. For a child of your daughter’s age and size, I believe a size 6 nappy is appropriate as she is nearly two years of age.
According to AA’s records, you have signed the Permission Form giving us permission to leave your daughter in the care of a suitable person in case of an emergency. Your daughter was left with my assistant as I advised via message when returning home from my appointment. The assistant whom you have met and spoken to before is qualified, and we have all relevant documentation. AA’s staff work on a part-time basis, therefore it is fair to say that you may have not met everyone working at AA’s setting. I also let you know that I was not away for longer than the two hour period. Your daughter was receiving competent and qualified care From an AA staff member we’ll known to your daughter. You responded to my message by saying: “Okay, Meegen… thanks you for letting me know. Have a good night and see you tomorrow.” Accordingly, I disagree with your statement and the method of communication.
In the light of your unacceptable behaviour it caused a direct safeguarding issue raising concerns for the safety of the children in AA’a care. Moreover, AA staff were similarly affected by your egregious behaviour. You will of course appreciate that the safety of the children is paramount in our setting.
In respect of your fees, you will recall that I offered the return of your fees up to the last day of service in full and final settlement. I enclosed a cheque and you subsequently cashed it, by accepting your returned fees, you also accepted termination of the contract with AA.
I can confirm that I understand my responsibilities on behalf of AA and what it means to work in partnership with parents. My long-term parents understand that in an event they have concerns or issues that we arrange a mutual time to discuss this. They understand that drop-offs are one of the busiest times of the day and would not demand my attention as they need to get to work in a timely fashion as well.
I hope this offers some clarification and That you will kindly consider removing your inaccurate review published on the Childcare Service website.

Our son spent nearly 2 years with Adorable Angels, From 10 months to almost 3 years. Meegan and her staff helped and supported his development from a baby into a confident, polite and talkative toddler
Set in a homely environment, we were met by friendly carer each morning. sessions and activities changed as he grew older so he always had new experiences and activities to tell us about at the end of the day
Our son always spoke warmly about his carers and the friends he made. He loved his time there.
We thoroughly recommend Adorable Angels for children of all ages

My son Riley was cared for by Meegen and her team for 1 year. Riley found the transition from home to his first setting quite difficult, however Meegen put me at ease and made sure Riley felt comfortable in her home at all times.
The food she provides for the children is balanced and healthy and due to Riley being a fussy eater she would even give him alternatives to make sure he always got plenty of food.
The activities set up on a daily basis were age appropriate, education and fun. Parents get to view photos of the activities on a tapestry, which is great.
She would also arrange birthday parties and seasonal celebrations for all children to attend which made the time with her even more special.
Riley and myself appreciate everything Meegen and her team have done for us over the past year. I would recommend this excellent childminder to any parent looking for childcare for their child.

My 3 year old went to Meegan for 8 months and always loved it there. She felt immediately at ease. Meegan was really friendly and her staff were kind and flexible with us. I would definitely recommend her!

My son David is 3 now. He had been with Meegen for over 20 months. He absolutely loves it and look forward to go each day. Meegen and her staff give him excellent care and support. This is a professional, friendly and caring team with lots of activities to keep the children busy and entertained. David learned a lot from Meegen and her team from counting numbers, colouring, recognising colours and lots of role plays, outdoor exploring activities, birthday parties, dancing and singing classes etc. Not only that , David can even say:”sharing is caring”learned from Meegen in front of his own brother and sister. Children there are happy and contented, and individually cared according to their own needs by Meegen. The environment and facilities are spacious and tidy with lots of play area and toys for kids to use both indoor and outdoors. This is the top quality childcare service you would expect. If you are looking for a reliable,experienced and responsible childminder and bigger space for your child to stay, Meegen’s childcare is the best choice. I would recommend Meegen to anyone without hesitation.
