About Me
I have no spaces at present.
I have just had my inspection and have been scored as 5- very good in all 4 categories.
I am a registered partner provider with SLC to provide nursery provision.
I am a registered childminder and work with an assistant. I have been a childminder since 2002 and my mum joined the business as my assistant. We have families who have used our service for years and they would be happy to speak to you and answer any questions you have.
I attend and am on the committee of the local toddler group that the children love attending.
I have a large enclosed garden with a dedicated childrens play area - playhouse, climbing frame, small slide a decked area converted with articulated grass. I also have a pirate ship which has proved really poplular with the children who attend.
I have 2 children a daughter aged 31 years and a son aged 26 years, neither live at home.
At present we collect from local schools and nurseries but dependant on your requirements we could look at other establishments not listed. Current drop offs are Castlefield nursery and drop off and collections from St.Vincents and Crosshouse primary schools.
All children attending the service at present receive breakfast if required and were applicable a home cooked lunch. This is included in the fee.

My Experience
As above I have been childminding for over 20 years during which time I have gathered lots of experience in dealing with common and not so common problems in raising happy and confident children.
Many families have remained with us from 6 months through to secondary school.
As mentioned I attend the local parent and toddler group where the children in our care attend, this allows them to mix with others and build their confidence.
We also use the local parks, soft play and library facilities available in the area.
I attend courses on childcare whenever possible to keep our knowledge up to date and fresh.

I have NO SPACES available
I can provide 2yr, 3yr and 4yrs funded nursery space for the term 24-25. Please contact me and I can see if we can meet your needs.
Blended care with a nursery is also available.
Before and after school places are full.
Opening hours are Mon- Fri, 7.30am til 5.30pm

Maureen and Tony are wonderful childminders. They have looked after my son who is now 18 months since he was 6 months old. He is always happy to see Maureen and Tony because he always has lots of fun with them. I can leave my child with them knowing he will be cared for just as I would care for him and when I come to collect him I know he has had a good day. What more could you ask for from your childminder.

Maureen and Tony looked after my two boys aged 5 and 6 last year. I really recommend them both as childminders. Made the boys feel welcome and were well looked after. They enjoyed playing in there child friendly garden. Loved playing with loads toys in there toy room. They took them to soft play, park, xmas parties. Done lots of activities arts n crafts etc. Boys made new friends with the other children and loved going to spend the day there.
