I have 3 children, 3,6 and 9
Our 9-year-old son has autism and ADHD. He is kind, creative, chatty and loves football and being active
Our daughter is 6 and she loves playing and doing arts and crafts and our 3 year old son really just likes being outside.

What We Need
We’re looking for a reliable, warm and proactive nanny who can support both childcare and general household organisation.
The focus on the role is supporting out 9 year old to be relaxed and enjoy his time at home, he needs an adult 1:1 which makes having all 3 together challenging so this role is to mainly support him and help the house run more smoothly.
Hours:
16 hours per week (more available during holidays – up to 30+ hrs)
Duties include:
Light house management and organisation
School collection
Supporting after-school routines (tea, play, bath time)
Holiday support with increased hours
Being part of a calm, friendly, outdoor-loving home
Requirements:

You are kind, patient, and comfortable supporting neurodivergent children. You enjoy being outdoors, are happy to get stuck in, and want to be part of a welcoming family environment.
