Jemma called me straight away to discuss my needs . I found her easy to speak to, very kind and approachable .
Jemma was extremely sympathetic & understanding about my daughters condition . When I initially approached other child minders or the other way round they didn't reply to my emails or get back to me.i can only score her for her communication

My daughter has been going to Jemma for a number of months now and we think she is amazing! She is flexible when I need to collect my daughter a little earlier. Her home is clean Her cooking is great and the main thing is my daughter is happy! Reasonably prices too! Since being with Jemma I have watched my daughter grow into a confident, funny and independent little girl! Thank you Jemma

I was very please to find her in this page and the initial stages of finding out everything from her side and checking out the house went very well. However when I mentioned that I would like to spend some time with both my children at her establishment she went all excuses, saying that all parents drop the kids at the door and leave. I did consider this option, however slowly this option become my nightmare as I couldn't fathom the idea to drop my kids on their first ever drop off and don't appear for a good 10 hours. when I called to inform her of my intention of having the kids slowly become familiar with her space at my expense, she wasn't happy and mentioned that if I do that she will feel like she is being inspected, which sounded off.
She did sort of agree, arranged to have this process in place, however the first couple of times she pulled excuses in saying I am unwell followed by I am leaving the country for an emergency.
This left me so stressed out and ended up frantically searching for places and people last minute as in my mind I had to find someone my kids got an opportunity to know before i started work. To this day I have not heard of her even though I have called and left msg.

Thank you for your review it is appreciated. I wanted to respond to this and have my side of the story. Sadly the family emergency at the time was a bereavement and I was required to fly back to Spain. It's not that I didn't want to speak to you i didn't particulary want to speak to anyone during this time. It was never my intention to cause you any distress and I apologise if this was the case. I do hope you have found someone to look after your children.

My Daughter has been going to Jemma since January (when I returned to work after maternity leave) she was 9 months old and I was extremely anxious about leaving her with someone new.
Jemma has been absolutely amazing and my daughter has become so independent since being in her care. Jemma is always taking the children out to do different activities and I regularly get text messages about the dancing and other funny things she is doing indoors.
Her home is well equipped for children and safe. Jemma provides all the food for the children, which is fresh, well cooked food. Jemma is reasonably priced and I cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of my daughter.....who now dances when I mention Auntie Jemma's name!

My child goes to Jemma's three times a week and is really enjoying it. He is always doing and learning something new and his social skills are really developing as well. Jemma is a great individual who has always been pleasant and kind when interacting with my child and myself. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended.

My son goes to Jemma 3 days a week, they are always doing different fun activities such as painting, playing in the garden or going to the park. Jemma has always been very pleasant to deal with, has a great relationship with my son who always looks forward to seeing her and is very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Jemma is an excellent childminder, also a very kind person. My 5 years old daughter loves her and I'm very happy with that. I highly recommend this childminder.

Jemma is an absolutely excellent childminder. My 18 month old daughter loves her so much and it has really helped having Jemma around since I went back to work after maternity leave. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
