Nicola has looked after my son since he was 9 months old up to when he started pre school. He loves her to pieces and she has been amazing with him the last 2.5 years. He has grown into a confident and well adjusted little boy and knowing he was with her gave me such peace of mind when I went back to work as she treated him like one of her own.
