I am a mum of two gorgeous boys, Harry (11) and Thomas (7). We live in Epsom with my husband, Dan.
My Requirements
I am exploring childcare/homeschooling options for Tommy. Tommy has ASD with a PDA profile. He would benefit from someone with SEN experience (doesn't have to be formal training) who can create a very low demand environment for him. He loves role playing with his toys, Lego, swings, trampolines, drawing, watching movies, being read to and logic games. He's as bright as a button, but would benefit from practicing his reading and writing, all done in a self-directed, fun way. He is a lovely, caring, kind and very funny boy, but he can get anxious about new things. All he really wants is someone to play with and let him be himself.
We would be keen to build this relationship with someone who can help us out with childcare/homeschooling in the daytime and babysitting on occasion. We are looking for one or two days initially, but we may need more going forward.
